My name is Brian, and I am a rising high school junior interested in Math, Computer Science, Chemistry, and English. I have tutored for several years, from peer-to-peer interactions in my math class to online tutoring for relatives. I’ve learned to adjust my teaching style based on student needs, and more importantly, I feel proud of being a part of my tutees’ learning experiences. It means a lot to see their improvement, both with their confidence and results. As someone who previously struggled with grades, I’ve developed various study strategies and habits, leading to my current enrollment in honors, AP, and even college courses. These classes have deeply affected me personally and how I view learning. Through JuniorCoach, I hope to have a platform where I can teach kids more than just their subject of interest, but also ignite their passion and build their study skills for their future endeavors.
