Hello! I am Gerty Reconco. I love reading, playing and listening to music, writing poetry, and watching movies! I have completed various AP and advanced courses such as AP Language & Composition, AP U.S History, AP Spanish Literature, AP Comparative Government, AP Environmental Sciences, Advanced Algebra + Trigonometry, IB Chemistry, and much more… I also am a marcher in Marching Band and 1st chair in the alto saxophone section in Symphonic Band. I have been the president of Women’s Leadership Club and treasurer of the MUN Club while being a participating member of the Latino Student Association. I also wrote as my English IB project a book called Metanoia, filled with poetry that inspired the youth to love themselves.
