Hi! My name is Bill Wei, and I'm a senior at Saint Thomas Episcopal. I teach piano performance and classical mythology. I started playing the piano at age four and I have been playing it ever since. In terms of achievement, I've scored consistent 1 and 1+ ratings in the Forum Auditions for the past five years, and last year I won First Prize with Special Honors for the Sonatina and Sonata International Youth Piano Competition. I have ample experience performing on stage, so I can also teach generally how to perform well under pressure in addition to piano composition nuances. Studying classical mythology has been a small interest of mine, and I can teach anything ranging from classical texts such as the Iliad, Odyssey, and the Aeneid, to ancient Greco-Roman poems such as the Metamorphoses by Ovid. I've received back-to-back gold medals from the Medusa Mythology Exam, and I consistently place top three in classical mythology academic tests in Area and State JCL Conventions. I look forward to working with you!
